Operator Chroma is in the backup Combat Simulation Room (which is mostly use for individual training as opposed to the main room which is for team combat, but alas, that is still awaiting repairs after Operator Chroma and Operator Mesa's "disagreement" from earlier) practicing his sword techniques.
